Stayed in a supposed 'Double Room Lake View' but lacked basic amenities like a fridge, which would have been nice for the price! The cottages were also so close to the loud highway, it was distracting-what a letdown! I expected a special welcome gesture but got nothing, I just couldn't give them a good review, sadly.

We experienced a magical atmosphere with fine views from our One-Bedroom Bungalow. The morning breakfast was served family-style, great to engage with other guests and share delicious food as we took in the lovely surroundings. Chef Eyal introduced each gourmet dish at dinner.

location: the hotel was not far from costa rica, specifically the lake arenal area and nuevo arenal for the new year holiday. the room was beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed and free wi-fi.

The Wi-Fi signal in this jungle hotel is nearly non-existent!!! If you plan to stay here, be prepared to disconnect completely!!! The parking situation is less than ideal with limited spaces made worse by tight corners.

Chef Eyal's food was great. Don't miss his special desserts. Natalia was so helpful, giving tips on local spots. We visited the nearby lake for some fun in the sun. Just a heads up, the Google Maps directions to the hotel were a bit off, so keep that in mind.
We experienced some noise from the highway which distracted us a bit .
